"I wanted to take a moment to convey to you how happy I am with the program your company has implemented for Pima County employees. The three pilot departments have enjoyed the lowest rate of injury ever, Wastewater Treatment is particularly impressive. I am including a table of injury rates since 1997 for your information.

I also would like to complement Cindy Ford on the job she is doing for us. She is always available when I have questions, and never hesitates to forward information either by phone, FAX or Federal Express. I am not used to such prompt, friendly service! It has been my sincere pleasure to "cooperatively" implement this program with her assistance and expertise.
