"After two years of participation in the Win-Share Program offered by CMA, it is time to give you our assessment of the results.

"Since its inception...in the Roads and Transportation Department, the CMA Win-Share Program, along with our other programs, has been successful in reducing the workers' compensation cost by 60% in that department and by 30% in other departments. As a result of this success, we have expanded the Win-Share Program to the Sheriff's Department, General Services and Ketona Nursing Home.
